The Association Centro Guide Turismo is composed of Tourist Guides certified by the Region of Tuscany, and has been operating in Florence as well as in cities of art all over Tuscany for over ten years.
Its offices is in the historic centre, in Via dei Fossi, a few steps away from Piazza Signoria and the Duomo of Florence.
The association, with more than 80 members, most of them with a specific degree in history, art and foreign languages, guarantees a highly specialized and professional service, to make you enjoy your sightseeing tours in Italy.

Our members use a technical but chatty language, proportional to the participants’ degree of knowledge of the places they wish to visit in Tuscany. The main goal of our association is to convey its members’ typical feeling of friendship, in order to meet any requirement and make external relations really effective from any point of view.

The Centro Guide Turismo has its own booking centre, for tours of Tuscany, visits to temporary or permanent exhibitions, or to book unusual routes, visits to local markets, gastronomic tastings, horse drawn carriage tours, bike tours.

Furthermore, the Association organizes special initiatives for congress tourism, third age travels, and tours for individuals with disabilities as well as school trips to Italy. In addition, the Association promotes cultural activities, conferences in history, art or science, and organizes training courses for agencies and universities.

Centro Guide Turismo periodically checks and verifies compliance with laws and regulations governing the profession of tour guides. Moreover, the company takes part in all meetings with the other tour operators, takes care of relations with local bodies, Regional Superintendecies, Italian and foreign schools and universities, and various organizations, even European ones. All this, in order to guarantee the best quality and professionalism.
